Convert Contacts to Gmail

The software helps to move contacts from Lotus Notes account to that of Gmail with all fields retained. It will create single CSV file having all fields in it and save the contacts accruing. Later, you can import the output CSV file into any Gmail account of your choice

Create CSV File for Contacts

In order to convert Lotus Notes contacts into Gmail, the software creates a CSV file. This CSV file contains all the details of each contact present within Lotus Notes names.nsf file. All the fields will get saved into the columns and information will get saved in respective cells.

Scan Entire Contacts

As you add the names.nsf file, software will automatically begin scanning the file. All the contacts in it will get scanned and will be indexed. After this; software will load all the contacts and you can proceed to convert them from Lotus Notes NSF file into Gmail CSV.

Export Selective Field

The software loads all the fields present within you Lotus notes contacts and allows you to check / uncheck its fields (First name, last name, middle name, email address, city etc.). This way, the software will only export the selected fields from names.nsf file into CSV format. By default, the software will export all fields of Lotus Notes file into CSV format.

Save & Open CSV File

After adding the names.nsf file and selecting desired contacts fields, software automatically saves the CSV file on your machine. Now, in order to open and view the saved .csv file, you can click on the command "Open Converted Contacts File" from the software panel itself.

Import Contacts in Gmail

Once the CSV file is create, you can easily import it within Gmail. For this, you need to log into your respective Gmail account, Go to More and select Import option. From there, browse the CSV file created by tool and all contacts will get imported into your Gmail. These contacts will get separately saved within the respective Gmail account under "My Contacts" folder.
