STEP 1

Click Start » All Programs » SysTools PDF Watermark Creator » The initial software screen will appear to you as

STEP 2

Click on the "Add Files" and "Add Folder" to add PDF files on the software.

Users can also draw out wrongly added PDF files with "Remove" and "Remove All" options respectively.

Users can also arrange PDF files with "Move up" and "Move Down" options respectively.

STEP 3

Browse to the location where your PDF files have been stored and select the desired files and click on "Open". For multiple selection press shift key & select all the desired PDF files.

STEP 4

The software can add watermark to restricted PDF documents as well as know password protected PDF files. But, in case of password locked PDF, the user must know the password & enter while adding secured PDF. Otherwise proceed to next step.

STEP 5

Users can choose to “Save” or "Print" resultant PDF files. You can also choose to remove any kind of encryption in the resultant PDF files. By default, the tool wil save files on desktop in a folder. To change the saving location click on "Change".

Browse for saving location and click on "OK". You can also make a new folder to save your output files.

Click on the “Next” button to proceed further

Select the Watermark type as “Text”, “Image” or "Date & Time".

If you have chosen Text Watermark, you will get follwing interface. Here you can provide the watermark text and can choose any font from given font family. Along with this, you can set font color, size, style.

Here you can do the position settings for watermark by providing horizontal/ vertical distance values from Top, center, Bottom. You can also choose "Mosaic" (adding watermark in tiles form/ pattern form).

Under Appearance you set opacity level for watermark added on the PDF document. Higher the range of transparency, lighter it appears on the PDF page and vice versa. You can even rotate watermark by providing angle value and layer it over or below the PDF text.

The tool lets you put watermark on selected pages of the PDF files. The options for selecting pages are as follows: All Pages, Even Pages, Odd Pages, Page Ranges, & Page Numbers.

Before generating outputs you can have a preview of the PDF page with applied text watermark. Click on 'Preview" button to check the PDF page.

The tool shows the Preview of the PDF page.

STEP 14

If fully satisfied with the Preview, you can now generate output. Click on "Generate" button.

Once the process will get complete, click on "OK"

The software will show you the success and fail counts. Along with this, click on the given path to see your resultant PDF files.
