Steps to convert MSG files to NSF files

Launch the “SysTools MSG to NSF” Converter software. The user interface of the software is as follows:

Click on the "Add Folder” button.

Navigate to the Required file and click on "OK" button.

Now, The added file will be displayed as follows:

Now Checkmark the checkbox corresponding to the "Date Filter label:" Button.

Note: Also checkmark the maintain folder hierarchy checkbox inorder to maintain the folder structure of the added MSG file.

Click on the "browse" button in-order to select the location for the final converted files.

Select the desired file and then, click on Add.

The selected destination location will be displayed on the software user interface.

Now, Click on the "Convert" button to start the export process

The software will start the conversion process:

The following Prompt will be generated once the export process is complete.

Click on the "Save report" button to save the Export report for the whole process

Navigate to the location where the export report is to be saved:

The following Prompt will be generated once the export report is saved.

Navigate to the specific location in-order to view the export report.

You can view the final converted at the specific location as shown below.
