Steps to Convert Exchange EDB to MSG

Once the tool is opted to run a welcome screen with the option to open EDB file will appear, as shown in the screen below.

Select Open and a screen with option to Browse EDB file to select EDB file to be loaded with the tool.

Specify the Exchange storage type from the two category provided as:
Recover Exchange Server Private Store database File (Mailboxes).
Recover Exchange server Public Store database File (Public Store Files).
User can opt advance scan option in the case when EDB file is highly corrupted, and click OK

Get the message with successful completion of analysis scan done on selected Exchange EDB database file, click OK

From the screen with Exchange mailbox users displayed on left pane, click on each user to view details, check or uncheck users and folders to proceed with export EDB to MSG process.

Select MSG option from the screen and select destination folder to save database converted to MSG format, click OK

Next Screen shows the status of Export Exchange mailboxes.

Confirm the successful completion of export process with message of confirmation and information of location path where MSG file is stored. Click OK

To stop the tool close the main window and accept Yes on the warning message for closing the application.

Now navigate the location from where you save converted EDB into MBOX format.
