Know How to Convert Lotus Notes to MBOX File?

Browse for the Names.NSF, if you want to Map CN Values with Corrosponding Names.NSF File.

Choose MBOX option, displayed in the Application panel.

Next screen is to select the Categories which you want to Export. You can apply the filter for each category.

On the "Mails" option. Select the filters radio button and click on the "Set" button.

Now, On the date filter provide the date interval according to which the mails will be exported.

Now choose the Advanced Settings for successful Lotus Notes migration.
HTML Formatting - This option lets you maintain all HTML formatting of emails during the process of its conversion.
Internet Header – This option maintain the sent or received email header.
Remove Encryption - This option let you remove the encryption of mails
All Documents – Allow all document view mail items to be migrated into PST.
Doclink – Allow to maintain Doclink of mails.

To convert the canonical name, that you have defined in Lotus Notes, into the MBOX SMTP format, then select the required naming convention.

Then enter the domain name for the SMTP translation with respect to the canonical name.

You can also map the Lotus Notes default generated folder with your Resultant MBOX file default folder name.

Users can easily perform selective conversion of items with Include Folders option.

Then click on Apply to save all the Advanced settings.

Choose Destination Path, by click on Browse button.

Browse for the Destination Folder. Users can also create a New Folder directly through its panel.

Click on Export button to initilize Migration process.

The software will quickly start migration process.

Click on the "OK " button.

Click on Save Report option, & choose the destination folder location.

Once report Saved successfully, it will give you alert message. click on OK button to confirm.
