Know How to Import PST & MBOX Files in MAC OS

To troubleshoot the problem, users can use SysTools Export Notes or SysTools Lotus Notes to MBOX converter. These software will enable one to export NSF archive to PST or MBOX on their PC. When one is done with the file conversion, they can open their Macintosh machine and transfer software’s resultant file in it. If you have used a software to convert Lotus Notes NSF File to Outlook PST then, copy .pst file from PC (Windows) to portable storage device. Now, connect this device with your Mac laptop and then, follow below-mentioned steps :

STEP 1

Open Microsoft Mac Outlook program on your Macintosh machine



STEP 2

Click on File button and from the displayed menu list, choose Import option

STEP 3

A set of the importing options will appear in which you have to select Outlook for Windows archive file (.pst) and click on Continue

STEP 4

Move towards the location where source PST file is saved, select it, and click on Import

STEP 5

Mac Outlook starts importing PST file within it. Wait for a while, until and unless the data does not gets exported

STEP 6

STEP 7

The imported data file will be listed as a separated label by the name of browsed PST file.

Open Apple mail program on your Macintosh laptop

Go to File menu and choose Import Mailboxes option

Move towards the location where the source MBOX file is stored, select it, and then click on Choose button



STEP 5
