Migration from Lotus Domino Server to Office 365 Mailbox

Run the Mail Migration Wizard Software and choose Select Domain User(s) radio button.

Enter Domino Server IP Address or Name and the password and hit Login button.

You will see all available NSF files, just select that one which you want to migrate and click on Next button. You can see below image for reference of this step.

Now in Export options window select Office 365 radio button, keep Maintain Folder Hierarchy checkbox checked and hit OK button to proceed.

Note: Maintain Folder Hierarchy keep same folder structure as Domino Server after migration into Office 365. If you uncheck Maintain Folder Hierarchy then emails and other items will be added into the corresponding Office 365 Mailbox folder. For example all emails of Inbox folder will be added to the Inbox folder of Office 365 Mailbox.

Now you will see a new window where Office 365 credentials are required.

Here for migration into a single mail account select Without Impersonation radio button and for multiple user account migration select With Impersonation radio button.

We are going to see the demonstration for multiple user accounts.

Therefore select with Impersonation option checkbox and enter Office 365 Admin ID and password and then hit Login button.

Now enter Office 365 user ID and the software will authenticate it automatically. After successful authentication a green color right mark will appear in Authentication column as displayed in below image.

Here you can also customize categories for migration, like select only Mails for migration of Emails only.

You can also apply filtration on each category, like migration for only specific time duration mails.

For applying filtration you just need to select Apply Filter(s) radio button and click on Set button.

You can also go for advance migration option by clicking on Settings button.

After applying customization and filtration hit Export button to proceed. If you don�t want to apply any filtration then just leave everything as default and hit Export button.

Now a new IBM Notes window will appear, just enter admin user account password and hit OK button.

Now the migration process will have started. You can see the progress detail in Export Report Window and after completion of Domino Server to Office 365 Migration, you will see Migration completed successfully message.
