Migration from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Outlook

Run Mail Migration Wizard Software in your computer after installation. For Lotus Notes (NSF) to Microsoft Outlook (PST) migration Select NSF File(s) radio button & follow below steps:

1. Check Lotus Notes Client Password Checkbox.
2. Enter password for NSF file which you are about to migrate.
3. Click on Add File(s) button for adding NSF file(s).

After click on Add File(s) button locate NSF file which you want to migrate and click on Open button. You can refer below image for step 2.

After selection of NSF file click on Next button to proceed.

Now you will see Export Option window. Here select PST radio button and keep Maintain Folder Hierarchy Checkbox checked and click on OK button to proceed.

Note: Maintain Folder Hierarchy will keep the same file structure as it is NSF file after migration.

Now Select Categories Checkboxes like Mails, Contacts, Calendars, Tasks, & Journals. If you want apply filtration and you can select Apply Filter(s) radio button given next to each categories and click on Set button.

You can also select Apply Advance Options checkbox to apply more customization during migration process. In the same way you can also select Split Option for Outlook Data File checkbox for splitting Large Output PST file in small PST files.

After applying all customization click on Browse button. If you don’t want to apply any customization then leave that section unchecked. See below image for reference.

After clicking on Browse button select location of Output PST file and click on OK button.

After selecting the Output file location click on Export as shown in below image for starting the migration process.

Now you will see the Migration Process from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Outlook with Export Report. And after completion of Migration you will see Migration Completed Successfully message. You can see below image for reference.
