Migration from Lotus Notes to Office 365

Get a detailed overview of the bulk migration of Lotus Notes NSF file data into Microsoft Office 365 User Account.

Lotus Notes Client must be installed and configured properly and should be Offline/not connected with Domino server.
Admin account of Office 365 must have Office 365 license assigned, you must be able to access OWA for admin.
Admin account of Office 365 must be impersonated

How to impersonate Office 365 Admin account

If you are using Windows 10/8.1/8/7 or Vista, then please launch the tool as "Run as Administrator".

STEP 1

First Install and Run the Mail Migration Wizard Software.

Choose select NSF File(s) radio button, check Lotus Notes Client Password checkbox and enter the password. Then click on Add File(s) button.

STEP 2

Now locate NSF file in your computer and click on Open button. See below image for reference.

STEP 3

After adding NSF file(s) click on the Next button to proceed.

STEP 4

Now you will see an Export Options window, where you need to select Office 365 radio button and leave Maintain Folder Hierarchy checkbox checked and hit OK button to proceed.

Note: Maintain Folder Hierarchy will keep the folder structure same as NSF file in Office 365 Mailbox after migration.

STEP 5

Now Select With Impersonation Option and enter Admin ID & Password and hit Login button to proceed. In Office 365 User ID enter the mailbox ID for migration and the tool will automatically authenticate the mailbox.

STEP 6

After successful authentication, you will see green color right mark in Authentication column. Finally hit Export button to proceed for Lotus Notes to Office 365 migration.

STEP 7

SNow you will see Export Report windows where you will see the migration progress detail.

STEP 8

After completion of Migration process you will see Migration completed successfully message.
