Then, click on Azure Active Directory > App registrations
> New registrationas shown below:

Now enter all requested information (Name, Supported account types, Redirect URL) and click on Register as shown below:

After successful registration, click on Certificates & secrets > Upload

Now browse the certificate and click on Open. Browse the SysTools
certificate which you can find here C:\ProgramData\SysTools Migrator\Workspace\Keys\.
After selection, click on Add as shown below:

Now click on API Permissions and select Add permission as shown below:

Grant the permission as per the application you are creating for. Select the Application permissions and choose the permissions

Now add below given permission (and click on Grant admin consent for
SysTools) as given below: If Office 365 is source platform then you need to add below given permissions:
If Office 365 is destination platform then you need to add below given permissions:

After clicking on Grant admin consent for SysTools, you will get below messages, click on Yes to
proceed further

Now click on Overview and copy the Application ID for further usages as
