Migration from Exchange to Office365

Step by Step migrating from Exchange to Office365 with Exchange to Office365 Migrator which is the simplest way to get all your existing email into Office 365.

Pre-Requisites

  • Microsoft Outlook 2000/2003/2007/2010 (32-bit) should be installed and configured for a POP3 Profile (Not Configured for Exchange)
  • Migration machine should be in same domain with Exchange Server And Exchange mailboxes should have full admin rights.
  • If you are using Windows 10/8.1/8/7 or Vista, then please launch the tool as "Run as Administrator".
STEP 1

Start » All Programs » SysTools Office365 Migrator » SysTools Office365 Migrator

Click the Export button to start the Migration Process:

STEP 2

Screen should show the Active Directory and Exchange Server details:
Condition:
User machine should be in Exchange Server Domain, for example "EXCHDOMAIN.com" as shown in the screen.
Check the Active Directory Server is ON.

Check the Exchange Server is ON.

Right click on username to view mailbox details:

After doing so, Screen should show the Exchange Server Mailbox details
Conditions:

To view the following screen user must have administrator rights on the mailbox, to give mailbox administrator rights follow Step 3.
Select the users by checking the checkbox provided and then click the Next button

Enter the Office365 user ID and password in appropriate rows. Click the Next button:

Now select the desired filters & then click theExport button:

After clicking on Export option software will shows the Export rate

After successful completion of migration of Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes to Microsoft Office365, Click OK button:
