Quickly Transfer Google Apps to Another Account

G Suite to G Suite Migration tool is designed especially to let users migrate Google Apps to new domain. A user just needs to add admin account credentials of both source and destination account, it will migrate all users under these domains at once. Apart from this, it migrate all data items like emails, contacts, calendars, and document from one G Suite to another G Suite account. Move G Suite Account via Admin Account

A user is allowed to transfer Google Apps to new account using G Suite domain migration tool but via Admin Account only. To perform migration from Google Apps to another domain successfully, one needs to provide admin ids of source & destination domains first. When the tool get connected with both admin accounts successfully, it will proceed with the migration process.

Move Google Apps to New Domain by Date

Another common requirement of users is to transfer Google Apps to Another Account within a specific date range, which is also successfully fulfilled by the tool. G Suite to G Suite Migration tool provides date filter for each item separately. It means a user can migrate Google Apps / G Suite to new Domain / Account from particular date range also. In addition, a user can apply this date filter to contacts, calendars, and the document also.

Display Progress of Migration

As you begin transferring Google Apps Account to another domain or account, the SysTools Migrator will display the progress status also on the screen. It will show whole report containing four different tabs i.e., All, Pending, Processing, and Completed. These tabs will define the name of source and destination user mailboxes with total count of each data item (emails, calendars, contacts, and documents) migrated from Google Apps to New Account.

Detailed Reporting & Error Handling

A user can view of progress display & reporting of migration process in following ways:

• List View (in UI) : In this view, all users mailboxes are displayed as a list that are divided in the four tabs based on its current status i.e., processing, pending, completed.
• Tile View (in UI): In this view, a separate tile for each single user mailbox migration with all details like current status with total count of each data item.
• Summary Report: After completion of migration, user can download a single report file containing migration details of all users account that has been migrated
• Detailed Report:This option will generate a detailed report for individual users in a zip file. Each report contain selected category & items migrated within each category.

Re-Run Migration

The G Suite Migration tool provides a unique feature after completion migration, which is Re-run migration. This option allows users to re-run G Suite migration in three modes:

• Retry Failed Items: During the initial run of G Suite to G Suite migration, all those items which has been failed to migrate, this option will retry migration all those failed items.
• Re-Run Full Migration: In initial run, if any items of category have been skipped, this option will migrate those items of the category without duplicates.
• Delta Migration: During first migration attempt, the tool migrates complete data. In second attempt of migration on same machine, data that is once migrated to Another Account will not be transferred next time. Only the newly arrived or updated data will be migrate between same accounts.

In-built Dashboard for Tracking

The G Suite Account Migration tool is programmed in such a manner that it will keep the track of all already transferred Google Apps to another account. Whenever a user run this application, he or she can easily see the previous record of migration from the inbuilt dashboard given on the home screen.

Option Set Priority for Migration Order

When a user begin Google Apps Migration process via admin account, he or she can give priority to particular users mailbox also. G Suite to G Suite Migration tool will give migrate that user’s mailboxes first from source to destination account. This option will basically let you predefine the order of migration in the case of large number user mailboxes.

Advance Settings

In the Settings option, tool provide feature to fine tune the perform parameters for migration in two way:

• Enable Multiple Accounts: When this option is enabled, tool allows to add multiple migration projects in source & destination screen. It can be used for migration of multiple users account concurrently on high configured machine
• Re-Run Concurrent Users: This option is to set the maximum number of accounts that will concurrently migrate in a project.

Stop Migration Process

During the G Suite migration process, tool provides the option to stop the on-going migration. By Using "Stop Migration" option, tool will stop the running migration process of all the user account that are in pending and in-progress tab.
