Round 1: SysTools Presentation and Written Test
This round will help you in learning all about what SysTools is ? The SysTools Software Pvt. Ltd. HR Executive gives a presentation to make you familiar with young environment of the organization. After this, a Written test paper for 30 minutes is conducted in which an individual have to answer the informative as well as objective questions asked in the sheet.
Round 2: Face-to-Face Interview With Recruiters
Evaluation on the basis of written test paper is done by SysTools recruitment team. The shortlisted candidates on basis of their performance in paper will be entering in this round where they have to appear for face-to-face interview round. SysTools interview questioning round will be based upon SysTools technology , what all you have written in the answer sheet, as well as on basis of your resume.
Round 3: Final Interview With Our Director
The individuals shortlisted by recruiters in Round 2 will be provided with a letter. This letter will be the permission to come to our office and showcase their technical skills in front of the SysTools Director. Selected Candidates will given a date on which they have to come and give presentation on any of the SysTools product as per their interest and answer SysTools interview questions asked by the Director. Clearing this round will begin your career with SysTools.
Round 1: Informative and Objective Written Test
Initially, candidates have to contact Admin team of SysTools Software Pvt. Ltd,. Candidates will be provided with a question paper in which you have to write answers related to the asked questions in English. The time duration of this paper will be 30 minutes after which, our technical team will be testing your answers.
Round 2: Technical and HR Interview Questioning
If candidates get shortlisted from the first round , a face-to-face interview will be conducted. Here, SysTools interview questions related to the technology and HR-based will be asked. This round tests you technical skills based on you current technological knowledge. If you meet the expectation level of our interviewer panel then, you will be passed to the third round.
Round 3: Final Interview with SysTools Director
This is the last and final round of overall SysTools walk-in interview process. Candidates will be facing an Interview Round by the Director of SysTools Software Pvt. Ltd. An interactive session will be held with the director where you get an oppurtunity to showcase your skills & build your career at SysTools. After you clear this round, you will be selected as a new member of SysTools family.
