How to Convert Exchange EDB to MBOX

Start » All Programs » SysTools Exchange EDB to MBOX Converter » SysTools Exchange EDB to MBOX Converter » Check for Prerequisite

After clicking "Open" option, the software will display the following options on screen.

The option to perform Advance Scan in case of highly corrupted EDB files, can also be activated from the respective screen.

The software will show the scanning process on the bottom left side of the screen.

After the successful completion of EDB scanning, a pop up screen displaying the message of analysis scan completion will be shown. Click OK.

A user preview from the scanned EDB file will be shown on screen. Double-click on each user to view the details of database within it.

STEP 8

Select the needed folder that has to be converted to MBOX.
Click on MBOX option provided on header of the screen.

STEP 9

Next, browse for a folder to save the EDB database converted to MBOX and click on OK.

STEP 10

The software will show the complete list of exported Exchange mailboxes.

STEP 11

The next screen shows the list of exported Exchange mailboxes with the status and number of emails converted to MBOX format.

STEP 12

A prompt about the successful conversion of EDB to MBOX with the saved location path will also be displayed. Click OK.

STEP 13

Now navigate to the location from where you saved the converted EDB data into MBOX format.
