Conversion of Emails in Batch

With the help of Lotus Notes to Exchange archive tool, you can export multiple NSF files into MS Exchange archive. Also, it is possible to convert emails from multiple mailboxes of Domino Server. The tool comes with option to perform batch conversion of emails along with keeping the meta data intact.

Dual Conversion Modes

You can export the Lotus Notes emails in Exchange archive in two different ways:

• Convert Lotus Notes emails to Exchange archive
• Convert Domino Server mailbox(s) to Exchange archive

Convert Lotus Notes Emails

Using the option to export Lotus Notes emails to Exchange archive, you can convert multiple NSF file emails in batch.

• Add multiple NSF files
• Provide sAM Account Name
• Lotus Notes should be installed

Convert Domino Mailbox

This option allows you to convert emails from multiple mailboxes present within the Domino Server.

• Provide Domino Server credentials to logon
• Select mailboxes needed to be converted
• Add sAM Account name for each mailbox

Select & Apply Filter Criteria

You can filter the emails which have to be converted. The software provides you with two different options to filter emails from conversion. You can provide the date for emails older than any specified date or provide a selective date range for the emails that are received within a specific date range.

Export Selective Email Folders

If you have multiple folders in your NSF file or mailboxes then exclusion of unnecessary folders from them is also possible. You can either select all folder option to export all of them at once or you can go for other folder options. Here, you can check / uncheck the standard folders which you need to export and mention the name of custom folders.

Show Data Export Report

Once the conversion process begins, you can view a live report of the ongoing conversion. Software will give you the status of mailbox name authentication, number of emails being converted and the speed of conversion in kilo bytes per second (KB / s).
