How to Export Email from Lotus Notes to PDF Files

Make sure that Lotus Notes Version 6.0 or above is installed on your system before getting started with SysTools Lotus Notes to PDF Converter Application and you will experience an excellent email to document conversion.

STEP 1

Go To: Start Menu » All Programs » SysTools Lotus Notes to PDF Converter » SysTools Lotus Notes to PDF Converter

Click on “Browse” button to open the desired Lotus Notes (.nsf) database from its path.

Select the NSF file to be converted and click on Open, as shown in the figure.

Once the file has been selected, click on "Start Scan" button for the software to begin loading every email.

Preview the scanning process with live details displayed on screen.

A ‘Notes Database Scan Completed Successfully’ message box appears on the scanning completion.

Once the emails get listed, click on “Start Conversion” button at the bottom of the screen to begin the process of converting Lotus Notes emails to PDF.

Select a destination folder to save the output of conversion, i.e. PDF files and click on Ok.

Click on Export Emails to PDF button to begin with the conversion.

The software will start converting Lotus Notes emails to PDF and display a live report of the same on screen.

On completing the conversion, a “Migration Completed Successfully” message box will appear on screen. Click Ok.

Navigate to the selected destination location to view the output PDF files containing the email messages of Lotus Notes.
