3. After that, you have to provide the password only if you configure the external auto discover for your domain

Solution 2 – Through Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync

Note: To start the procedure, your administrator must add an ActiveSync license & assign it to your email address.

1. First of all, tap on the System Settings icon on your device

4. In the next step, choose Exchange ActiveSync option

5. Now, enter your email id & password, and then tap on the Manual setup

 

6. Further, enter the rest of the necessary information like Email address, Server address, Domain, Username, and password. You can also select This server requires an encrypted SSL connection and tap on Next button

 

7. Now, you are free to choose the services that you want to synchronize with the MS Exchange server and then specify the update schedule that how often you want to synchronize and tap on Next button

 

8. Finally, enter a descriptive name for your account, and then tap on Finish setup option to finish the process to Configure Exchange in Android.
