- After it has completely synchronized your Google Workspace folders. Create a destination folder in iCloud.
- Find your iCloud mailbox from the left sidebar of Apple Mail. Right-click on iCloud and select New Mailbox.
- Keep the new mailbox in iCloud, name the folder, and click OK.
- Then, go to your Google Workspace folder and select the email.
- Right-click the emails, then click the Copy To button. Choose the newly created iCloud folder.
- Wait for a few minutes to allow to sync your emails in iCloud folder. Then, verify it.

- Go to Google Contacts and log in to your Workspace account.
- Select the Export button in the left menu. Choose vCard (for iOS Contacts) in the Export as button.
- Click the Export button and save the file on your computer.
- Log in to your iCloud contacts. Click the gear icon and select Import vCard.
- Browse your contact file in your drive and upload it to iCloud.
Transfer Calendar from Google Workspace to iCloud
- Log in to your Google Calendar using your Google Workspace account.
- Click the gear icon at the top and then select Settings.
- Select the Import & export button. Click the Export button.
- Your calendar is downloaded in ZIP format. Extract the file in ICS format.
- In your native Calendar app on Mac, make sure it is synced with your iCloud.
- Click the File button, then Import…, and click the Import button.
- Browse your ICS file, select an existing iCloud calendar or a new Calendar in your iCloud account.
Migrate Documents or Files from Google Workspace to iCloud

- Run Finder on your Mac computer. Find your Google Drive and iCloud Drive.
- If the Google Drive is not located, download Google Drive for Desktop and sync your files locally.
- Inside iCloud Drive, create a new folder and name it Workspace Archive.
- Open the Google Drive folder, select the folders/files, and copy them.
- Go to the newly created iCloud Drive folder and paste the files.
- To transfer Google native files. You cannot directly move them to iCloud. First conver the Google Docs,
- Sheets, or Slides to PDF and then transfer them in iCloud.
