• Locate your Exact Quadro Credentials: You would need your full email address (i.e., the account ending with @quadro.net mail) and your real account password. Because Quadro does not provide any means to set App passwords, we have no other choice but to use the actual password. Note: If you don’t remember your password, you can’t use the “forgot password” option because there isn’t any. Instead, you will have to contact the support staff and get it reset from the backend.
• Audit your Quadro webmail account: See how many emails, folders, and other important data are actually there. You don’t have to move everything; you can reduce the bloat by getting rid of junk mail and other redundant data.

Being a small regional player, we can assume the limit to be along the same lines. So be careful and keep a tally of who you have already sent to avoid repetitions. Once the daily quota is used up, you have to wait for a day or until it resets. Even the auto-reply stops functioning when the quota is exhausted. Users often get frustrated because there is no official way of knowing exactly when the reset happens.

How to Move Your Quadro Data by Enabling Auto Mail Forwarding

Only for new emails.

• Step 1. Log in to the Quadro Webmail portal. Once inside the home page, look for the settings option at the top right corner and click it.
  
• Step 2. In the settings page, you should see multiple options; ignore them and hop straight to the Vacation/Forward section.
  
• Step 3. On the bottom half of the page, you should find the Forwarding settings. Type in your new email account address in the empty field. If you want the email copy to also exist on your Quadro account, check the “Keep a copy of the mail” option.
• Step 4. Press Save.
  

Because auto-forwarding is a sensitive operation, you might have to take help from the Quadro support staff. So call: 1-800-265-4983 (Option 1) or local 519-229-8933 between Mon–Fri 8:30 AM–10:00 PM, Sat–Sun 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and inform them about your new email address. • Step 1. Enter the Quadro Webmail portal.
• Step 2. Click on a message to open it.

• Step 4. A new email draft appears with all of the original message contents. Type the new email address in the To field.

3. Add the Quadro Mail ID in an Email Client

1. Install (if you don’t have one) and launch a desktop-based email client.
2. Add your Quadro email account, followed by your destination email address.
3. Open another instance of the same client on your PC or Mac and arrange both in a side-by-side format (this makes it easier to drag and drop compared to single-window scrolling).
4. Grab a bunch of messages from the Quadro email and drop them into the target account.
5. Keep doing this till you move every message.
