SEBI Mumbai

Being empanelled along with other 7 agencies to provide Digital Forensics services to SEBI Mumbai, is the latest success story team SysTools can brag about. New assignments & new associations always bring in hope, learning & nation-building opportunities for team SysTools. Digital forensic service providers with experience in the acquisition, extraction, and analysis of digital evidence from mobile devices, PCs, and tablets, among others, were invited to submit applications.

The Tender was invited in the month of April 2022 and following the conclusion of the empanelment procedure, they have been approved to provide digital forensic services to the regulator. The appointment duration is one year. The empanelled agencies will be obliged to assist the SEBI’s search team with data acquisition during on-site search and seizure operations.

The decision to add Digital Forensics experts is amidst the SEBI’S crackdown on firms allegedly involved in schemes via the messaging app Telegram. Recently, the regulator conducted a search and seizure operation at the sites of several organizations around the country in relation to this case.

Even though there are multiple vendors to name in the list, what makes SysTools special in this association is that we are the first agency to be associated with SEBI in their recent activities conducted which called for the support of an expert Digital Forensics Evidence Examination team. Our core team was involved in conducting the Digital Forensics investigation process in a major assignment. SysTools is proud to add SEBI among their proud clients from the Indian Govt. sector.
