SysTools have marked their presence at the 'Compuage CSP Event' on 19 December 2018 at Crowne Plaza, New Delhi, India. The session was a discussion & introductory platform to manage customer life cycle with the provision of services & support infrastructure provided by the vendors like Compuage in collaboration with Microsoft. The session provided by Microsoft Technical Strategist Mr. Umeng Agnihotri was a knowledge sharing one with so much of information put in on how we can utilize the cloud solutions provided by Microsoft. He briefly covered IaaS, PaaS & SaaS models with their highest value added for client satisfaction. Followed by it was the session by Campuage, given by Mr. Sushant Ranshur, Business Manager. They covered special policies and provisions and in the section for their IP bundling & ISV apps, in which SysTools is one of the most demanding name mentioned. The last session was paneled for CLOUDIWAY. Mr. Ashish Dave, Regional Executive - India & APAC gave a session the networking session was wrapped up with a small interaction among the attendees.

SysTools migration services from G-Suite to O365 is on high demand among the organization that deal with bulk of data and cannot afford even a short downtime in their entire business cycle. NASSCOM – DSCI Annual Information Security Summit was organized on 4th to 6th December 2018 at Leela Ambience, Gurugram, India. SysTools was the official sponsor of the program that turned to be a unique discussion platform across-the-board with 150+ speakers, 800+ participants & 80 + sessions. The participants that counts under the domain of plenaries, visionary, keynote speakers, master topic talks was seen engaging themselves in the group meetings, round tables and other technical sessions. The event that was recorded as one of the biggest information security summit of the year provided ample opportunity for the business & people to network & showoff.

SysTools official booth had huge footfall from officials and the delegates of law enforcement & IT administration enthusiast to know more about the cloud migration & digital forensics products & services. There were many queries regarding the MailXaminer software developed by SysTools, which is the first ever make in India product in the domain of email forensics. Altogether the event turned out to be a perfect venue for the genuine onlookers of the domains to reach the original service providers like SysTools. Officials of Kolkata police, Tamilnadu police & many other police units shared their contacts and fixed the appointment for further discussions and more to work together.

The annual award function of SysTools Software Pvt Ltd was held at Amanora Fern Club, Hadapsar, Pune, India on November 30 2018 Saturday. The event was organized to give away the awards and celebrate the achievements of organization gathered for over 12 years in the IT domain. The senior delegates from Delhi also joined the event. There were performances organized by the employees including dance forms, instruments and mimes. They danced gracefully up a flight of steps and the display of artistry by the employees turned dancers were timeless. The event toasted indomitable spirit of IT professionals . Czars of the corporate world trooped in early to catch up with their peers. The event was much colorful with the active participation of the young talents of the industry and the function witnessed much cheer when one of the Director of the company, Mr. Debasish Pramanik took the stage for his surprise performance. His dance was a display of rhythmic prowess. His movements were so mesmerizing that he even gets the entire team to join in on his performance that was followed by famous Bollywood song numbers.

Awards were distributed among the talent resources including the title of Rising Star, Innovative Developers and many others. The Director’s Choice Award was kept as surprise element and was announced at the end of the entire event. Both the directors, Anuraag Singh & Debasish Pramanik took time to exchange notes and share insights in a relaxed environment, unlike their regular busy, serious schedules. They also had some words of encouragement for newcomers into the Computer Technology. The event created a dazzling combination of dance, skits, body animation and, most importantly, fun.

As part of our corporate social responsibility program, a motivational lecture by Preeti Pandey, was conducted at SysTools headquarters Delhi. Preeti, is a renowned social worker and activists who have devoted her life for the genuine social causes including women empowerment, education for slum dwelling children, food for people under poverty line. In a country like India, there are so many exploitations and corruption scenarios that restrict the common man from getting his rights. Preeti like social workers work day and night to help common, underprivileged people to attain their rights and other facilities provided by the government.

SysTools have been into the charity and other social welfare activities from long past, and now the entire team had decided to be more active and contribute our roles in the much beneficial schemes like ‘Anaj Bank’ managed by Preeti Pandey and her associates. This scheme is an idea basically meant to help poor and people suffering from poverty to have continuous supply of food and basic nutritious so that they will not be facing starvation that eventually lead to drastic diseases and then death. Young engineers from team SysTools is already in the cause of providing education and IT awareness to the children of labors and slum localities. Along with this, SysTools conducts many free of cost IT session, supply basic requirements like sanitary napkins and hygiene products to the women who participate in such sessions.

Techno Security & Digital Forensics Conference 2018 was conducted in full swing at San Antonio, Texas, USA . Team SysTools from its USA division attended the session at booth #104. The major attraction of our booth was the announcement of MailXaminer 4.8.6 with OCR capabilities. The event witnessed the networking of 1000+ cyber security professionals, law enforcement digital forensic specialists, corporate network security people, and many others. The aim of the program was to raise and spread awareness in the international platform about the responsibilities and ethics in the field of digital forensics and cyber security.

Even though, SysTools belong to the IT field where it is software and hardware terms and techniques that are generally discussed, we take time and give priority to perform our corporate social responsibilities also. As part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Leadership programs, team SysTools came in support to Miss. Geeta Bohra, who is doing a commendable job in the field of Menstrual Health and Hygiene for girls from the slums and other remote underprivileged section of the society. Geeta is the founder & Director of Spherule Foundation. Her organization help women to break taboos associated with Menstruation & other women health conditions. They makes and distribute, eco-friendly, affordable and quality sanitary napkins and help women generate an income via selling these napkins in their locality. Team SysTools provided the session about the menstrual hygiene and also the importance of women being strong and self-resilient in their adverse life situations. We offered them all kind of support and assistance in making their livelihood a prosperous and proud one.

Participating in 2018 High Technology Crime Investigation Association (HTCIA) INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE AND EXPO, Team SysTools were present at Booth #502 Washington, DC. Being part of one of the oldest and most respected technology investigation conference in the world, adds a sense of pride and responsibility. The topics like Smart Phones and the Apps that rule them, Use of Memory Forensics to identify a Browser’s “Private Browsing”, Discussions leveraging Cyberops and Attacks etc. The session discussed the global deployment of forensics and eDiscovery platforms as well as many other topics. The topic that grabbed much attention was of the tricks and tactics in forensics identification of fake photos. MailXaminer, the email forensics tool comes with the advance feature of Skin Tone Analysis that help investigator identity pornographic images. The requirement of Cloud technology being incorporated to the investigations pattern as Office 365 marks the spot in today’s trend was really an information shower. SysTools turned a one stop solution for almost all the queries and the future technology that was discussed. Digital Forensics, Cloud Migration and backup, as well as other disaster recovery solutions are all available with SysTools, which created a huge crowd pulling at our booth.

SysTools Director Anuraag Singh is an active speaker and trainer for the topics related to IT security and investigation. During the recent visit of few officers and their subordinates from UP police to SysTools Delhi office related to an on-going investigation case study, a brief session of SIM Card Forensics was conducted. The session covered all the pain areas of dealing mobile forensics where SIM card is collected as evidence. The session further discussed advance tools and available solutions for mobile forensics and the CDR analysis also.

The event Google Cloud Summit ISV Day, was the perfect venue to discuss and understand How Google will help in business development. Google's total control in the overall system (Networking, coding, software, cloud, production, etc.) was discussed along with many other topic of interest. The highlights of the day can be viewed as the various sessions conducted covering these agenda as promotion and discussions on DevOps (Development in Operations), Apigee API & its real-time working, SaaS & its overall growth, Google Map, Evolution from GPS to Dynamic location track,. The day went covering the talk about containerization strategies for ISVs, detailed process on how to extract monetary funds by locking the customer in a contract and to the various aspects of India's potential market. Leveraging AI and Machine Learning gathered much interaction among audience and team SysTools gathered information as part of our R&D on intelligent ways to cover market & the consumers by using Google products.

Efficient methods for CDR analysis and reporting was demonstrated in the workshop conducted at DCP Office, North–East Zone, Delhi for the investigating officers and other police officers. It is mandatory to know the best practices to monitor and measure the CDR in details. If the officers have the right set of formulas and tools to extract and identify the report, then the entire CDR analysis & reporting process becomes relatively easy. The CDR expert from team SysTools shared the best methods to find call connection, location and other basic details from the dump of CDR shared by service providers like IDEA, Airtel etc. The detailed discussions on phone number, the number that placed a call, the date and time the call started, the time it was connected and ended was conducted during the workshop that marked as a great success with the active participation of both the parties.

The International Police Expo marked the gathering of various service providers, vendors as well as in-house application developers whose contribution is immense in the domain of homeland security surveillance and cyber security. Day one of the international police expo started with the session addressing the Challenges in Combating Transnational Crimes & Terrorism. Team SysTools was there to discuss the highly alarming concern about “HACKERS HAVE ORGANIZED, GOOD GUYS HAVE NOT”. The major aim was to collaborate and network among police officers, law enforcement personalities as well as other similar service providers to share their expertise in tackling Cyber Crimes efficiently. MailXaminer the signature email forensics tool developed by SysTools was among the top noted products in the expo and gathered many eye balls for its elaborated feature set designed to simplify digital forensics investigations. Email Forensics, Data Forensics and Digital Forensics Solutions, Training & Services that SysTools offer to police & other law enforcement agencies were detailed as well as other Digital Forensics products & services were also demonstrated at the booth.

The event was organized to gather all Cyber Security Fraternity across country and address Cyber Security & Digital Innovation Agenda regarding increasing threat level across business sector thereby safeguarding financial architecture.
