To export the PST file(s) present across the Local network, the software searches through the network. The software will locate all the machines available on the network and prompt you to provide server domain credentials. Afterwards you can select any of the machines and all the PST files from it will get automatically loaded. You can also search within the specific drive of any network machine.

Permanently Delete Emails

As soon as we export the mailboxes from Live Exchange Server to a PST file, the software allows you to permanently delete the emails from the server. Check/Uncheck the provided option in order to keep/delete Exchange Server mailbox data after taking a backup in a MS Outlook PST file .

Import Status Report

Upon completion of the import process, the software prepares a status report of the process and the information that has been imported such as current status of the emails, contacts, notes, journal and tasks being converted.

Export with Custom Mail Filters

While exporting the Exchange Server mailboxes, the software allows you to filter emails residing in a specific date range. You need to just specify the date range using "From" and "To" parameter & the software efficiently migrates the selective mailboxes to PST.
