How to Convert Domino Server Mailbox(s) to Exchange Archive?

Go to Start Menu and from the list of programs, start up SysTools Lotus Notes Email to Exchange Archive application.
A) Click on Export from the menu bar given on top of the software screen.
B) Select "Conversion of Domino Server Mailbox to Exchange Archive" radio button.
C) Click on Next and continue to the next step of conversion.

When you arrive at the Step 2 screen: Connect to Domino Server; provide:
A) Domino Server Name
B) Password

Once you have provided the required credentials, click on Logon to allow the software to read Server mailboxes and list them on its panel for migration into Exchange Archive.

All mailboxes of the logged on Domino Server will get listed on software panel. Use the checkbox to select desired ones and click on Next to proceed.

Provide the sAMAccountName for all the mailboxes respectively and continue by clicking on Next.

Choose the desired email filters to be assigned for emails to be converted from selected Domino Server mailboxes into Exchange Archive. Once done, click on Archive to begin archiving.

A live status report of the conversion will be displayed on screen in a popup window. Listed details include: Name of mailbox(s), Authentication, Number of Emails converted, Speed of conversion in KB / s.

Once the conversion finishes you can view Final report with the same details. Click OK on the popup window prompting you about the successuful migration.
