How to Move Lotus Notes Emails to Exchange Archive?

Run the SysTools Lotus Notes Email to Exchange Archive converter tool from Start Menu or Shortcut icon; if any. Click on Export to see the following screen. Choose the radio button for: “Conversion of Lotus Notes Email to Exchange Archive” and click on Next.

On the Step 2 screen of the software choose Add Files / Folder option to browse for the desired NSF file(s). Once added, write the respective sAMAccountName for each NSF file listed on software screen. Click on Next to proceed.

On Step 3, criteria selection window, choose and set desired filters for selected NSF files and proceed by clicking on Archive button given at the bottom of the screen.

The pop up window that is displayed now shows the live conversion status of NSF emails with details like: File Name, Authentication, Number of Emails, and Speed of Conversion.

Once the conversion completes, you will be prompted about successful archive of NSF emails. Click on OK to close the prompt. A final report of the associated details will be displayed.
