Manual for Mail Migration Wizard

Run the Mail Migration Wizard Software in your computer after installation. For migration of Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange Server, go with the default selected "NSF Field(s)" radio button and its subsequent steps:

• Check Lotus Notes Client Password checkbox.
• Enter the password of Lotus Notes Client if protected with password.
• Click on Add File(s) button for adding NSF file for migration.

Now locate the NSF file and click on Open button for opening that file in the software.

Now click the Next button to proceed. See below image for reference.

Now in Export Options window select Exchange radio button

And you can select Maintain Folder Hierarchy in order to create a new mailbox instead of merging it into existing mailboxes

In Live Exchange options choose Exchange 2003 in case for migration into Exchange 2003 Server and choose Exchange 2007 or above radio button for migration into Exchange 2016 / 2013 / 2010 / 2007.

After selection of everything click on OK button as shown in below image.

Now enter Admin Credentials like Admin SMTP Address, Admin Password and select the version of Exchange Server.

Now Enter the IP Address of your server and Active Directory. If both IP address are same then you can simply check Same as above checkbox and hit Submit button. You can see below image for reference.

Now enter the Exchange Mailbox Name in which you want to migrate NSF file data items.

After entering mailbox name, the software will authenticate automatically and after successful authentication a right will be displayed in Authentication column.

You can customize the categories here for migration. You can uncheck any particular category which you do not want to migrate.

You can also check Apply Advance Options checkbox for advance customization in migration. After applying all customization, just hit Export button to start Export process.

Now you will see migration progress in Export Report window and after completion of the process you will get the message Migration Completed Successfully.
