Manual 1: Migrate Google Apps Calendar to Microsoft Office 365

Here are the following steps to convert Google Calendar to Office 365 Suite. You just need to follow the steps listed below:

Stage 1. Export Google Calendar

  • First, you have to log in to your Google account and choose the option ‘Calendar’.
  • After that, select ‘My Calendars’ and then ‘Settings’.
  • In the next step, select the ‘Export Calendars’ option.

  • Go to the desired location and unzip a file. Right-click on a file and select ‘Extract All’.

The manual method is only feasible to migrate calendars from a single G Suite account at once. The steps need to be repeated for several G suite user accounts. This makes the manual method cumbersome and tome-consuming.

Step 1. In your Google Calendar account, go to “My Calendars” and click on the three vertical dots (⋮) next to the calendar name.
