- Open System Preferences on your Mac computer. Select Internet Accounts.
- Choose the Microsoft Exchange option.
- If you are using macOS Mojave or later, provide your full name and email address.
- Click Sign in, then configure manually.
- Enter your password and sign in.
- If you are using High Sierra or earlier, enter your full name, email address, and password. Then, continue.
Enable AutoDiscover in WorkMail
- Go to the Amazon WorkMail console. Choose your organization
- From the left navigation pane, choose your domain.
- Create a CNAME record with your DNS provider.
- Point ://yourdomain.com to the WorkMail AutoDiscover endpoint in your specific region.
- Wait for your DNS propagation to complete the process.
