1. Install the Carbonio server on your desktop. Go to the official site of Carbonio.
2. Fulfill the installation requirements, verify the services, and carefully install it.
3. Then, create a domain in Carbonio with other users.
   1. Go to the Carbonio Admin portal and log in to the admin account.
   2. From the navigation, go to the Domains section.
   3. Click the Create or Create NEW DOMAIN button.
   4. Provide the details: New Domain name, Total number of accounts, and Email quota.
   5. Lastly, click the Save or Create button to finally set up your domain.
4. After you create your domain, create user accounts where you will migrate your mailbox data.
   1. Go to the same Admin Console, select the domain that you have just created.
   2. Click the Manage button and select Accounts.
   3. Press the blue + button to open the Create Account wizard.
   4. Add your details: Account name (username), First name, Last name, and password.
   5. Set quota (optional) and press CREATE WITH THIS DATA to create new users.
   6. Use the above steps to create more user accounts.
