You can also choose which data you want to export from Gmail. To do so, click on “All Mail data included” and select as per your need.

Step-5: You can export data in .zip and .tgz format. We selected the .zip format to import Google Takeout to Outlook.

Step-6: You can choose “Archive Size” (1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 10 GB and 50GB) as per your requirement. By default it is 2GB.

Step-7: Click the Create export button to convert Google Takeout to PST.
