How to Download Horde Webmail all Emails via cPanel?

Method 1 –

Horde offers the facility to pull down email folders in the local system, it allows you to download inbox, draft, sent, spam, trash, and Horde archive folders. It will save Horde email folder in MBOX and create a separate MBOX for each folder. Follow the give steps to download Horde emails in the local machine –

Step 1 – First, you need to log in to domain webmail by going to www.your-website.com/webmail/

Step 2 – Now you can access all messages.

Steps 3 – To download Horde emails folder you need to select the folder (here we select inbox folder), then right click then select Export option.

Step 4 – In this panel, you have two options 1 – Download into MBOX file, 2 – Download into MBOX file (Zip compressed)

If you select the second option to save or download Horde email folder, then after downloading you need to extract the Zip file via Winrar.

Select any one option & click on OK button.

Step 5 – After that Horde will start to save inbox folder in Inbox.MBOX file.

This is an easy method to pull your horde emails in the local system. By using this methods, you can easily save Horde emails into MBOX file(s).

Method 2 –

If you need to save selected Horde emails then follow the given steps to download Horde messages in .eml format.

Step 1 – Login in Horde webmail & click on Horde icon.

Step 2 – Double-click on email which you want to save into local machine.

Step 3 – Click on Save option. After that Horde email will be saved in your machine as an EML extension.

Note – If you face difficulties to download Horde emails via cPanel or your folder contain emails in large amount then you have to export Horde emails without using cPanel.

But What You Have to do If You Need to Save Horde Webmail Emails in PST Format?

Given manual way will help you to download Horde email folders in the local machine. With these methods, you can easily save Horde emails into MBOX and EML files, but what you have to do if you need to access these emails into Outlook?
