11. Hit the ‘Export’ button to begin the migration process.

12. The tool shows the final progress of conversion with the help of a live progress bar.

  1. Open the migration software on your device and select a file or folder that you want to transfer to Office 365. Browse the file or folder from your machine and proceed.

  • Login to MS365 with the User Id that is a member of the Shared Mailbox. Otherwise, the result will not be visible in the mailbox.
