Manual Method 1: Using Exchange Management Center (EAC)

Step II: Move Calendar Items from PST to Exchange Mailbox

“New-ManagementRoleAssignment -Role "Mailbox Import Export" -Administrator”

Open Exchange Control Panel to sign in using the credentials of Administrator’s account.
Click on Recipients and then click on More options. Then you have to select Import PST option.

Note: Now Go to Folder where you save the PST file and click on “Properties” section then Visit sharing option to view the Shared Network Path.

A wizard will appear to help you import PST file. In that wizard, mention the UNC path and the name of the PST file (source PST filename) where you want to copy Calendar items from PST to exchange mailbox.

Now, choose the mailbox into which you wish to import the PST file. Click on Next button.

You can also choose a mailbox where you will be notified when the import will get completed. Click Finish.

When it is done, go to the selected mailbox to confirm that the calendar items are successfully moved to Exchange mailbox from PST.

Now visit Outlook Account via OWA (Outlook Web Access), Credentials.
