I am going to first explain the manual method, which is to use the help of IMAP to move your mailbox. Before this, you have to first prepare for the migration.

  • First of all, in your Office 365, create user accounts and assign the licenses to them.
    • In the Microsoft 365 admin center, go to Users.
    • Click Active users and then create the required user account.
    • Assign the license to each user.
  • Make sure the Namecheap domain is verified with the domain registrar.
