SysTools Audio Converter: See How It Works!

At first, "Download & Install" SysTools Audio Converter software. Launch the tool to convert the Music files.

Next, Click on "Add Files" to include the audio files in the application.

Select the Audio file that you want to convert. Click on the Open button.

On the other hand, You can select the complete Folder by clicking on the "Add Folder" button to convert in one go.

Click on the Folder containing all the audio files. Then, Hit on the "Select Folder" button.

Click on the "Next" button to move forward in the conversion process.

Select Export Type in which you want to export.

In the Advance Settings section:

check the Audio Bitrate and select the suitable from the dropdown. Determines audio quality and file size—higher bitrate means better sound but larger files. Go for the default option if you are unsure about the selection.

check the Sample Rate. This defines how accurately sound is captured—common rates are 44.1kHz (CD) or 48kHz (video). Choose the default option if you're not certain which one to pick.

check the Channels. Choose mono for voice, stereo or surround for music and immersive experiences. Select the default option if you're uncertain about which one to pick.

check the Volume. Ensure levels are balanced—too low loses clarity, too high risks distortion or clipping. If you're not sure which to choose, stick with the default option.

Note: Some settings may not be fully supported depending on the export format.

Next, click on the Change button to set the Destination path.

Note: Destination location should have enough.

After that, choose the Folder where you want to export the audio file(s). Click on the "Select Folder" button.

Now, click on the "Export" button to start the process.

As, you can see the process has started. Just wait for the process to complete.

Atlast, a pop-up window will appear on the screen and click on the "OK" button.

After this, click on the "View Report" option.

Here, you can see all the converted audio files with Export report at your desired location.
