SysTools CSV Duplicate Remover Tool: Know How It Works!

Download and install the SysTools CSV Duplicate Remover Tool. Its initial UI of this software looks something like this.

Now, you choose the option "Add File or Folder" button to upload your files.

The software also provides an option "Remove and Remove All" feature to remove accidentally uploaded data files.

After clicking on the "Add Files" button, you can choose your CSV files and next tap on Open to add selected data files.

Check and Review all uploaded data files for the deduplication process.

If your file contains a header you can simply check otherwise you can un-check the option given to the left corner at bottom.

Now, choose the "Dual Duplicate Removal" option, i.e., Within & Across Files to clean duplicate data.

You can choose advanced action mode based on requirements such as "Delete Permanently" or "Export Duplicates in Separate File" for cleaning of CSV data.

You have complete control to remove duplicates CSV data based on “Specific Columns” or “Entire Row” as per your preference.

You have option to choose "Entire Row" to perform the CSV data cleaning task

Select Destination Path to save resultant and cleaned data files.

Now you just need to press the Remove Duplicates Button to start the CSV data cleaning process. If you are using demo version you can only remove 10 files per folder.

Now, wait for a moment as within a few seconds your data deduplication will be successfully cleaned. When a pop-up appears, tap the Ok button.

Now, you can easily view the complete status of total duplicate counts, along with success counts. If you want to preview more in a systematic manner, then click on View Report tab.

Tap on Duplicate Removal Report file, which is saved as a preview report of complete duplicate counts and success counts.

Now, you can view the Complete CSV duplicate data removal Status in CSV file format.
