Click Add File(s) to select individual calendar files, or click Add Folder to add a folder containing multiple calendar files.

Browse to the location where your calendar files are stored. Select one or more ICS files that you want to scan for duplicate calendar entries, and then click Open.

The selected calendar files are now added to the list along with their file sizes. Review the added files and use Remove to delete any selected file from the list, or click Remove All to clear the entire list.

If you want to change the destination path for saving the output. Click the Change button to select a different destination folder.

Select the required destination folder from the file browser and click Open to confirm the output location.

After selecting the destination path, click the Next button to proceed to the duplicate calendar removal settings.

Choose how you want to identify duplicate calendar events. Under Duplicate Removal Option, select Across Calendar Files to compare events across all selected files, or choose Within Calendar File to find duplicates within each individual calendar file.

From the Choose Action dropdown, select how you want to handle the duplicate calendar events. Choose Delete Permanently to remove duplicate events permanently, or select Export duplicates in a separate file to save the duplicate events separately for further review.

Select the properties you want the tool to use when identifying duplicate calendar events. You can choose fields such as Subject, Start Date, End Date, Categories, Bcc, From, To, Cc, Location, Description, Attachments, and Companies. Select the relevant properties according to your requirements.

To limit the duplicate search to a specific date range, click the Add button under Date Filter for Deduplication. You can then specify the required start and end dates. Only calendar events within the selected date range will be considered for duplicate comparison.

Enter the required Start Date and End Date in the Date Filter for Deduplication window. Click Add to apply the selected date range.

The selected date range is now added to the Date Filter for Deduplication table. Review the start and end dates, and click Remove if you want to delete the date range.

Once the duplicate removal process is complete, a confirmation message appears stating that the duplicate removal was completed successfully. Click OK to close the message.

The results are displayed after duplicate removal. Review the Success Count, Duplicate Count, and Status for each calendar file. The summary below shows the Total File Count, Success File Count, and Failed File Count, along with the completed progress status.

To view the detailed report of the duplicate removal process, click the View Report button.

The generated ExportReport.csv file is displayed in the output folder along with the processed calendar files. Open the ExportReport.csv file to view the detailed duplicate removal report.

The ExportReport.csv file opens displays the detailed results of the duplicate removal process. The report includes the Source Path, Success Count, Duplicate Count, Failed Count, and Status for each processed calendar file.
