SysTools Mac Duplicate Contacts Remover: Know How It Works!

Firstly, Download and run the SysTools Mac Duplicate Contacts Remover. Its initial interface is as follow.

Now, Click "Add File & Folder" option to Add contact files like MAB, SQLite, LDIF, VCF, or vCard into system.

Also, this offers "Remove & Remove All" feature to clean accidentally added contacts data files.

After clicking on "Add File" button, choose following contacts files. Tap Open to upload selected MAB, VCF, SQLite, or LDIF data files.

After uplaoding, one can review all files, then press change button to browse "Destination Path" for saving cleaned contact data files. Then, hit Next button.

Once contact file is added, choose Duplicate Removal Options, i.e, "Within or Across files".

Now, choose Action option, that is, "Delete Permanently and Export Duplicates in Different File" for dedupe contact items.

User can also apply advanced filters, for this select 15+ Properties for removing contact items duplicates.

Lastly, Hit on Remove Duplicates option to start deduplication of contact items.

Note: Its free version is capable of removing duplicate only 10 contact items from MAB, SQLite, VCF, LDIF files. Also, only 10 Contacts from all vCard files.

All Duplicates are removed as per your applied properties. Press OK button to view files more precisely.

Now, users can see complete status of total duplicate counts, along with success counts. If you want to preview in systematic manner, then click View Report button.

Double-Click on Duplicate Removal Export Report file, which is saved report of duplicate counts and success counts.

Finally, preview your Entire Contact Items Deduplication Status in exported CSV file format.
