SysTools Duplicate Contacts Remover Tool: Know How It Works!

Firstly, download and install the SysTools Duplicate Contacts Remover Tool. Its initial UI of this software looks something like this.

Now, Press on "Add File & Folder" button to upload MAB, SQLite, LDIF, VCF, or vCard files.

This also provides a "Remove & Remove All" feature to remove accidentally uplaoded contact data files.

After clicking on "Add Files" button, choose following contacts files such as MAB, SQLite, LDIF, VCF, or vCard. Tap on Open to add selected data files.

Check and Review all uploaded contact data files for deduplication process.

Choose "Destination Path" to save resultant and cleaned contact data files.

Now, choose "Dual Duplicate Removal" option, i.e., Within & Across Files to delete duplicate contact items.

Select Action Mode, such as "Delete Permanently or Export Duplicates in Separate File" for removing duplicate contacts.

One can also select Properties option for particular deduplication. Users can apply First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, etc. for specific duplicate removal.

Finally, press Remove Duplicates button to start contacts deduplication process.

Note: Its demo edition only removes 10 contacts from each MAB,SQLite, LDIF file and 10 contact items from all vCard files.

Now, wait for a moment for contact item deduplication. When a pop-up appears, tap Ok button.

Now, you can easily view the complete status of total duplicate counts, along with success counts. If you want to preview more in a systematic manner, then click on View Report tab.

Tap on Duplicate Removal Export report file, which is saved as a preview report of complete duplicate counts and success counts.

Now, you can view the Complete Contacts Deduplication Status in CSV file format.
