After lunching the;SysTools Mac Duplicates Finder. You will see the main screen of software as shown in below image:
Once you have launched the tool click on the Add Folder option to add the system folder to find duplicate.
Choose the folder and click on the Open
Once the folder is added the tool will start the scanning process and add under Scan Configuration you will see three options.
- Folder In option
- Folder By option
- File Extensions
Once, the folders are uploaded you can see all the Folders in the software pane.
The tool comes with a feature to see all the folders. To do this click on the Recursive option.
After add the folder, on the right side of the software window you will able to see the various information's.
- File(s) with Duplicate
- Duplicate File Count
- Duplicate Date Size
Note: In this screen you will see the yellow and blue notation over the folders. So, the yellow notation denote the numbers of folders inside the folder and blue one denote the numbers of files in the folder.
Once, you have rectify the duplicate, now click on the Delete and Move button as per your need.s
Note: In this screen you can see the gray notation mark over the folder. It denote the duplicate count.
