File Date Filter allows users to filter records based on a selected date attribute and a specified date range.
- Filter by Date: Enable this checkbox to apply date-based filtering. Uncheck it to ignore the date filter.
- Date Attribute: Select the date field to filter on.
- Last Modified Date: Filters records based on their most recent modification date.
- Created Date: Filters records based on their creation date.
- Start Date: Specify the beginning of the date range. Records on or after this date are included.
- End Date: Specify the end of the date range. Records on or before this date are included.
- Date Picker: Use the calendar icon beside each date field to quickly select a valid date.

- Prevent system sleep during scan: Keeps the computer awake while the scan is running, preventing interruptions caused by the system entering sleep mode.

This tool also comes with the Move option to move duplicate items to some other folders. So if you do not want to delete duplicate, then you can select this move option.

Here, you have to the option to choose to move Only from current folder.

Tick the Checkbox to initiate the process of moving duplicate item to the another folder.
Click on the Yes button to proceed.

After that, tap on the Select Folder button to choose the destination folder.

- Disk Scan Progress: A progress bar showing the overall scan completion percentage.
- Scan Location: Specifies the selected drive or folder being scanned.
- File Types: Indicates the file types included in the scan (e.g., All Files).
- Comparison Method: Displays the method used to identify duplicates (e.g., MD5 hash comparison).
- Scan Started: Shows the date and time when the scan began.
Note: The displayed values update automatically as the scan progresses until completion.

Scan Completed Successfully indicates that the duplicate file scanning process has finished without any errors. The tool has completed analyzing the selected location and the scan results are now available for review. Now, click on the OK button to proceed. Now, click on the OK button to proceed.

Click on Next button after the scanning process is successfully completed.

Duplicate Files Results displays the detected duplicate file groups after the scan. You can review the files and choose actions to manage them.
- Delete: Removes the selected duplicate files.
- Move: Moves the selected duplicate files to another location.
- Create Hard Link: Replaces duplicate files with hard links to save disk space.

Toggle the Recursive option to include subfolders in the search.

Duplicate Cleaning Options
Click on the Delete option to initiate the process of deleting duplicates from system.

Delete Duplicate Files Confirmation
- Only from current folder: Deletes duplicate files found only in the currently selected folder.
- Current folder and all child folders: Deletes duplicate files from the current folder as well as all its subfolders.
Once you are satisfied with the choice, click on the Yes button to proceed.

Opt for the Are you Sure Checkbox and then click on the Yes button the delete the duplicate data from that specific folder.

Once the duplicate file is deleted click on the OK button to completed the process.

This tool also comes with the Move option to move duplicate items to some other folders. So if you do not want to delete duplicate, then you can select this move option.

Here, you have to the option to choose to move Only from current folder.
Or, you can choose to move Current folder and all child folders.
Tick the Checkbox to initiate the process of moving duplicate item to the another folder.
Click on the Yes button to proceed.

After that, tap on the Select Folder button to choose the destination folder.
Click on the Destination Location to save the duplicate folder and Yes option to confirm the moving process.
Next, click on the check box to move duplicate files and Tap on the Yes button.

Once the duplicate moving process is completed click on the OK button to end the process.

This tool also comes with the Create Hard Link option to replace duplicate items with hard links. So if you do not want to keep multiple copies of the same file while still preserving access to it, then you can select this Create Hard Link option.

Create Hard Link Confirmation
- Only in current folder: Creates hard links for duplicate files found only in the currently selected folder.
- Current folder and all child folders: Creates hard links for duplicate files in the current folder as well as all its subfolders.
Once you are satisfied with the choice, click on the Yes button to proceed.

Next, click on the check box to hard link duplicate files and Tap on the Yes button.

Once the duplicate hard linking process is completed click on the OK button to end the process.
