Simple Steps to Convert DXL to NSF

Select the folder radio button and click on the "Browse" button add the specific DXL file.

Navigate to the location of the specific DXL file, Click on "OK" button.

After clicking on “OK”, all the constituent mails will be displayed as shown below in the user interface of the software.

As all the DXL file components of the file are visible. You can switch the view for the mails between horizontal and vertical.

Select multiple files by checking all the corresponding checkboxes to each and every individual mail as shown below and click on "Export".

On the next window, The software will show the export options to convert DXL to NSF:

On the export options window, You can provide the mail filter i.e. a date interval according to which the DXL file is to be exported.

Once the date filter has been set, Then click on the “browse” button in order to select the destination location for the final exported DXL files.

Now, Select the final location and click on "OK".

The selected location will be displayed as shown below and click on the "Export" button.

Now, The export process will start to migrate the DXL file to the NSF file format.

Once the Export process is completed, Then click on the “OK” button.

The software will now show the final export status of the software indicating the success count and the fail count for each and every item that is being exported by the software.

Click on the text shown below the success count label to access the final file locations.

The software will show the location as shown below and click on the "Save" button to save the export report:

Now, select the destination location for the final export report for the software. Click on the "Save" Button

Now, The report will be saved successfully and the following message prompt will be generated.

You can navigate to the final saved location to access the saved report as follows:

You can also view the final converted NSF files at the destination location.
