SysTools EML to PST Converter: Know How it Works!

Explore the folders from left pane of software Window and navigate to location where EML files saved.

Select the folder which contains the EML and EMLX files. Once you select the folder, the emails will be visible in the right panel of software.

Normal Mail View: Select a particular Email to get a Normal Mail View of the e-mail data at the bottom pane.

Hex: Display data in hexadecimal format

Properties: Properties displays the additional information and other details of a selected emails.

Message Header: Display Message Header file information of selected email.

MIME: Display information in Internet standard that extends the format of an email.

HTML: Preview selected email in HTML file format

RTF: Preview selected email in RTF file format

Attachments: Preview Attachments present inside a particular email by clicking on the Attachments tab. It displays the list of attachments along with details present in the same & upon selection, the attachment is previewed on the bottom right corner.

Now after viewing complete details, you can convert either selected or complete EML and EMLX files to PST format.

For Selected Email conversion: check the check-boxes and click on Export Selected button as highlighted. Also, you can right click on selected emails and then click on Export button.

OR

For Bulk Email Conversion: Select the folders which contains all EML and EMLX files from left panel and click on the Export button from menu bar. For multiple folder selection, check the check-box beside the folder.

Now select the export Options, Select export type PST. Here click on Advance Settings… button as highlighted.

Here you can apply advance settings.

• Split PST: To Split all the resultant PST files using size to avoid oversize issues while importing these PST files.
• Date filter option: This allows the user to convert specific data from the EML files. Provide the date range and the software will include only those emails, which lies in between the provided date range. After applying settings click on Save button.

Click on Browse button to provide the location to save the resultant file.

Here either create new folder or select existing folder location to save output file and then click on OK.

The software provides you an advance feature i.e. Create PST for Each Folder. If you want to create separate PST file for each folder (like inbox.pst, sent.pst, john.pst etc.) then use this option. Simply check the check-box as highlighted. If you dont want this then keep it un-check, After that click on Export button.

Now the software will start the export process, you can view the export process details. Wait till it completes to 100%.

After completing the export process, the software will show you a successful message in new pop up window. Click on OK button.

Here the software will show you export process report. Provide the location to save the export report and click on Save button to save the export report in .csv format.

Navigate to the location and view the completed exported data.

In order to open and view the converted PST files Go to File → Open → Outlook Data File

Browse location of PST File. Select the Outlook PST file & click OK:

Now you can view the resultant PST file with MS Outlook:
