How Does SysTools Excel Duplicates Remover Tool Work?

Download and install the SysTools Excel Duplicates Remover Tool on your System.

Now, you choose the option "Add File or Folder" button to upload your Excel files.

The tool also gives an option "Remove and Remove All" feature to remove unwanted uploaded data files.

After clicking on the "Add Files" button, you can choose your Excel files and next tap on Open to add selected data files.

Check and Review all uploaded data files for the deduplication process.

If your file contains a header section you can simply select the Is your File Includes Header otherwise you can de-select the option given to the left corner at bottom.

Now, choose the "Dual Duplicate Removal" option, i.e., Within & Across Files to clean duplicate data.

You can choose advanced action mode based on requirements such as "Delete Permanently" or "Export Duplicates in Separate File" for cleaning of Excel data.

You have complete control to remove duplicates Excel data based on “Specific Columns” or "Entire Row" options.

Now, Select Destination Path to save the resultant and cleaned data files.

After that, press the Remove Duplicates Button to start the Excel duplicate data remover process.

Now, wait for a moment and your duplicate Excel data will be cleaned successfully. After that, tap on the Ok button.

Now, a report of the process will appear on your screen showing data of complete process. For detailed analysis click on the View Report button.

Tap on Duplicate Removal Report file, which is saved as a preview report of Complete Duplicate Counts and Success Counts.
