Tips to Recover Corrupt Exchange BKF File

Click on Load button to select BKF file and explore bkf file contents

Select BKF file and click on Open button.

As soon as you select the BKF file, software will automatically starts loading bkf file as follows:

After successful loading of BKF file, software displays all the Exchange Mailbox Store present inside the Exchange BKF file & you can quickly explore files in BKF & extract mailboxes from Exchange backup file from the Menu as shown below:

Options to Extract Exchange Mailboxes

• To extract whole BKF File, Click on Extract button on menu to extract and save whole BKF file to desired location
• To extract specific mailbox store, select the mailbox store first and then select Extract Selected from menu to extract and save selected mailbox store

After this, SysTools Exchange BKF Recovery software will ask you to locate the location to save the files as shown below:

Afterward the process of Extraction begins. Selected file is shown as given in below screenshot.

Choose the desired location and click on OK to begin the file(s) or folder extraction and after completing the extraction software will display following box:

Navigate from location where you saved extracted data from Exchange BKF file.
