To begin using the software, first Download and Install SysTools Mac ICS Converter.
Launch SysTools ICS Converter on your Mac machine.

Launch SysTools ICS Converter on your Mac machine.
Click on Advance Settings for more filters such as :
PST Split Option: This option allows you to split the PST file into desired size MB or GB.
Date Filter: This is the filter that can be used to filter out the final PST file as per the date filter.
Click on the "Change" button to select the final destination for the exported PST file. You can also create a new folder to save the final PST file.
The conversion process will start. User can see the live progress report of ICS to PST conversion on the software screen.
After the conversion, the message "Export process completed successfully" will be displayed on the screen. Click on and view the resultant file from the selected location.
Click on Advance Setting for following filters such as:
General Settings
Date filter: This is the filter that can be used to filter out the final MSG files as per the date filter.
Naming Convention: This refers to the naming of the final converted files such as by Subject+Start Date, Subject, and Autoincrement.
Page Layout
Margin: User can set PDF page Top margin, Bottom margin,, Left margin, Right margin (min 2.0, max 10.0mm).
Paper Layout: Here you can set Paper Orientation: Portrait or Landscape. Also set Page size as A4, A3 or Letter.
Bates Number
Bates Number Format: Set "Start Number" "Increment By" and "Position".
Date Stamp: Set "Position" and "Format" according to the needs.
Apply Advance Setting for Attachments:
Attachment on Pin: It enables the option to add attachments in PDF a pin.
Append Attachment: It will convert attachments as PDF pages and append at the end of email.
Save Attachment: Apply this feature to save attachments in a folder in its original file format.In this feature you can apply the Naming Convention feature also.
Check "Maintain Folder Hierarchy" according to the needs. After that click on the Export button to start the process
After successful conversion, you will receive "Export Process Completed Successfully" message. Click OK and review the PDF files from the selected location.
Now, Select MSG radio button to export ICS files to MSG format.
Check "Maintain Folder Hierarchy" option if you want to preserve your folder structure after conversion.

The conversion process starts automatically. You can see the live progress report of conversion.
Once ICS to HTML conversion process complete, you will recieve "Export Process Completed Successfully" mesage on the software screen.
If you want to convert ICS file to iCal format then select the radio button corresponding to iCal label.
Check the "Maintain Folder Hierarchy" option to preserves the folder structure.
You can specify the following filters such as:
Date filter: This is the filter that can be used to filter out the final files as per the date filter.
Naming Convention: This refers to the naming of the final converted files such as by Subject, Subject+StartDate and Autoincrement.
Next, click on the "Change" button to select the final destination for the resultant iCal file.
Select the destination location and click on "OK" button
The ICS to iCal export process start. User can analyze the live conversion process with all details
The "Export process completed successfully" message will appear on the screen after the conversion.
If you want to convert ICS files in TXT format then select the radio button corresponding to TXT.
Also, check "Maintain Folder Hierarchy" option for preserving folder structure of ICS files after conversion.
You can specify the following filters such as:
Date filter: This is the filter that can be used to filter out the final TXT files as per the date filter.
Naming Convention: This refers to the naming of the final converted files such as by Subject + Start Date, Subject, and Autoincrement.
Click on the "Change" button to select the final destination for the exported TXT files.
The destination path will be shown as follows and now click on the"OK" button to start the processing.
A dialog box will appear which shows the "export process completed successfully". Click on "OK" to view the success report.
If you want to convert ICS files in CSV format then select the radio button corresponding to CSV label.
You can specify the Date filter such as:
Date filter: This is the filter that can be used to filter out CSV file as per the date filter.
Click on the "Change" button to select the final destination for the exported CSV file.
The destination path will be shown as follows and now click on the"OK" button to start the processing.
A dialog box will appear which shows the export process completed successfully. Click on "OK" to view the success report
If you want to convert ICS files in VCS format then select the radio button corresponding to VCS.
Also, check "Maintain Folder Hierarchy" option for preserving folder structure of ICS files after conversion.
Click on “Advance Settings” for more filters such as :

Naming Convention: This refers to the naming of the final converted files such as by Subject + Start Date, Subject, and Autoincrement.
Click on the "Change" button to select the final destination for the exported VCS files.
The destination path will be shown as follows and now click on the"OK" button to start the processing.
A dialog box will appear which shows the "export process completed successfully". Click on "OK" to view the success report.
After conversion, view report with Selected Path, Calendar Count, Fail Count and Export Status.
If you want to print ICS files then select the "Print" radio button and click on the "Advanced Settings" button.
Also, check "Maintain Folder Hierarchy" option for preserving folder structure of ICS files.
On the Advanced settings you can specify the settings for Print, the software gives 4 different tabs for arranging your file efficiently.
In the General Settings option you will get the date filter settings.
Date filter option: You can provide the from date and to date interval in order to perform the selective print.
In the Page Layout option you will get the following settings.
In the Bates Number option you will get the following settings.
Once, You have specified all the settings, Click on the "Save" button.
Apply Advance Setting for Attachments:
Click on the "Save" button.
Click on the "Change" button.
Now, Navigate to the required destination location folder to save the file.
Click on the "OK" button.
The address location (path) of the selected destination folder will be displayed in the text box corresponding to the “Change” button.
Now click on Advance Settings button for filters and additional features:
Naming Convention: This refers to the naming of the final converted files such as by Subject + Start Date, Subject, and Autoincrement.
Create single ICS file: Check this checkbox if you want to include all the calendar events in a single ICS file.
Split ICS After: Check this checkbox if you want to split the ICS file by size.
Click the Save button.
Maintain Folder Hierarchy: You can maintain folder structure and keep your data in the same way as it was stored./p>
Now click on the Change button and navigate to the destination location where you want to save the ICS files. Click “Ok”.
After completion of the export process. The software will show Selected Path, Calendar Count, Fail Count and Export Status.
