Convert Images to Various Export Formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, HTML, TEXT

STEP 1

Launch SysTools Image Viewer Pro Tool from the installed location & the initial software screen will appear to you as:

Click on Add File(s) to add multiple Image file types like .jpg, .webp, .tga, .jpeg, .gif, .png, etc.

Select the files from the location to add them into the software. Click Open

The desired Images will then be added and appear in the software panel

Click on Add Folder to add the entire folder containing Images.

The desired folder containing all the Images will then be added and appear in the software panel

To remove any wrongly imported image, select the file and click on Remove.

To draw out all the added images, select them and click on Remove All.

Click on Change to choose the desired destination location to save the output files

You can Move Up and Down on the added files.

After this, click on Next button to move further.

Here, you can preview the added files.

Select PDF as the conversion option to convert added images into PDF.

Next, apply the desired filters to begin the exportation process

PDF Settings: Tick the radio button adjacent to Create PDF for Each Image or Create Single PDF for All Images as per the need. You can also set the No. of Images for Single Page.

PDF Security Settings: Users can create password to open the documents

PDF Page Layout Settings: You can set Margin, Paper Orientation and Page Size according to the needs.

Now, click on the Convert button to start the Images to PDF conversion.

Now, you view the resultant PDF file or files from the selected location

HTML Settings: The software offers "Create HTML for Each Image" option

You can also check "Create Single HTML for All Images" option as needed.

Now, click on the Convert button to start the Images to HTML conversion.
