A Step by Step Guide for to Migrate IMAP Emails to Several Domains

Note : IMAP Settings for Different Domains

IMAP must be enabled and enter "app-password" in place of 'password' in our tool. How to enable IMAP and generate an app-password.

STEP 1

Launch the “SysTools Mac IMAP Migrator” software. The user interface of the software is as follows:

Please make sure that all the IMAP settings should be enabled for Source & Destination Account.

STEP 2

From the Source IMAP account, choose the Host Name from the drop-down menu.

Here, provide the credentials of the chosen source and click on Validate button.

In the Destination IMAP account, choose the Host Name as per your preferences from the drop-down.

Similarly, provide the username and password for the chosen destination account and Validate.

After this, the user mapping list will then appear. You can click on Add to add more IMAP accounts and perform concurrent migration.

Click on Advance Settings to apply the filters for IMAP email migration.

Here, you can provide date and folder filters. Click Save

STEP 8

Attach Source Account Tree to maintain the folder structure with the Source account name.

Delta migration will let you migrate the appended mails of your IMAP account.

STEP 9

Next, click on the Start Migration button.

The ongoing process will then be seen on the interface. After completion, a pop-up will appear, click OK

Click on the View report to see the export summary.

The report can then be seen.

STEP 12

The history tab will show the details of all the accounts with complete status in which migration has taken place.
