How to Convert IncrediMail Files to Multiple File Formats?

A Step by Step Guide to Convert .IMM Files into 9 Different File Formats
Using SysTools IncrediMail Converter Software

STEP 1

After downloading the software, start the installation process. You can select any language from the list (English, French, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, Deutsch, Italian, Russian, Indonesian, Netherland, Danish, Hungarian, Norwegian, Polish, Swedish, Turkish, Vietnamese, Czech, Thai) as per your requirement.

Now start and check all the steps of SysTools IncrediMail Converter Tool

STEP 2

Click on Add File button to choose from the options provides to Add the desired IMM Files.

Click on Identities option to add the files if IncrediMail configuration is found.

You can add IMM files or folder by opting for the respective option.

STEP 3

Click on Folder button to add the desired IMM, IML file into the software.

Click on Browse to go to the location to add the files and then, click on Select Folder.

Click on Browse to go to the location to add the files and then, click on Select Folder.

Click on File button to add the desired IMM files into the software.

Click on Browse to go to the location to add IMM file and then, click on Open.

Path of the selected IncrediMail file will then be displayed on your software screen. Select the storage folder by clicking on .... Then, Click on Add.

Scanning completed succesfully message will then appear on your screen.

You can preview the IncrediMail files in multiple viewing modes.

STEP 7

Now, click on Export button to begin the conversion of IncrediMail Files.

You can also click on Export Selected button to export the selected files only.

Export File as PST Format

After clicking the "Export button" the software will display various file formats. Select "PST."

Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert IncrediMail files into PST file format.

  • PST Split Option: Using this option you can split the large PST files into desired file sizes.
  • Date Filter Option: You can apply the date filter to perform range based conversion of IncrediMail files into PST file format.
  • Categories: You can select the required IMM category from here.

Once the settings have been made, click on the "save" button.

STEP 10

Click on Browse to select the desired destination location for saving the resulting PST file in your system. Hit OK button.

Click on Create Single PST File option to create a single output file

Click on Maintain Folder hierarchy to maintain the folder structure intact.

Click on Don't Export Empty Folder to not convert them

After this, click on Export to begin the export process.

The software will display the message once the Export process is completed. Click on OK.

Export File as MBOX Format

In order to export IncrediMail files to MBOX, select the radio button next to MBOX in Export Type section

Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert IncrediMail files to MBOX file format.

  • Date Filter Option: Date filter option can be applied for the range based conversion of IncrediMail files to MSG.

After performing all the above mentioned steps, click Browse and select a destination location for the resulting MBOX file by clicking OK.

Tick the box adjacent to Maintain Folder Hierarchy if you want to keep the folder structure intact after the conversion. Also, tick the option if you don't want to export the empty folders.

Click on "Export" button.

The software will display the message once the Export process is completed. Click on OK.

Export File as PDF Format

In order to export IncrediMail Files in PDF file format, select the radio button next to PDF in Export Type section.

Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert IncrediMail files to PDF file format.

  • Naming Convention: While converting IncrediMail files to PDF file format, you can select the naming convention for the resulting converted files like subject, Subject + Date, etc.
  • Date Filter Option: Date filter option can be applied for the range based conversion of IncrediMail files to PDF.

Also, you can Include Internet Message Header by clicking on Checkbox.

Once the settings have been made, click on the "save" button.

Also, there are Page Layout settings, apply accordingly.

Click on Browse to select a destination location for the resultant PDF file.

The software will display the message once the Export process is completed. Click on OK.

Export File as MSG Format

In order to export IncrediMail files to MSG, select the radio button next to MSG in Export Type section

Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert IncrediMail files to MSG file format.

  • Naming Convention: Using this filter you can provide multiple naming options while saving your files into MSG Format.
  • Date Filter Option: Date filter option can be applied for the range based conversion of IncrediMail files to MSG.
  • Categories: Category filter option can be applied to make your category preferences.

After performing all the above mentioned steps, click Browse and select a destination location for the resulting MSG file by clicking OK.

  • Date Filter Option: For performing range based conversion, you can apply date filter option
  • Categories: It lets you choose the category option

In order to export IncrediMail files to vCard file format, select the radio button adjacent to vCard in Export Type section

Click on Browse to select the desired location for the resulting CSV file.

You can choose the vCard versions as per your requirements.

  • vCard 2.1 : It best suits with Mobile Desktop Application
  • vCard 3.0 : It best suits with Webmail Server
  • vCard 4.0: It best suits with Cloud Server

Next, you can opt for the option "Merge Contacts into Single vCard.” Save the changes that you have made.

Click on Browse to select the desired location for the resulting vCard file.

Click on Export button to begin the export procedure.

In order to export IncrediMail files to Office 365 file format, select the radio button adjacent to Office 365 in Export Type section

Click on Advance Settings to apply filters in order to convert IncrediMail files to O365 account.

  • User Impersonation: Tick the option and then provide the Admin SMTP ID and validate it. A pop-up for redirection will then appear, click OK.

  • Date Filter Option: For performing range based conversion, you can apply date filter option
  • Categories: It lets you choose the category option

Here, you can Enter Destination Mailbox or provide destination Office 365 Account from CSV. Choose from the either of the options.

Provide the Office 365 Account Name in front of the selected mailbox name and Validate it.
