Steps to Convert MAB Files

Simple Steps to Convert Mozilla Thunderbird MAB files into several formats using the MAB Converter Software

STEP 1

After downloading the software, start the installation process. You can select any language from the list (English, French, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, Deutsch, Italian, Russian, Indonesian, Netherland, Danish, Hungarian, Norwegian, Polish, Swedish, Turkish, Vietnamese, Czech, Thai) as per your requirement.

Now start by checking all the steps of SysTools Thunderbird Address Book Converter. The software's first window appears as seen below:

Click on the Add File button.

You can add MAB files or folder by opting for the respective option.

STEP 2

Click on File button to add the desired MAB file into the software.

Click on Browse to go to the location to add MAB files and then, click on Open.

Path of the selected Thunderbird Address Book file will then be displayed on your software screen. Click on Add.

After clicking the "Export button" the software will display various file formats. Select "PST."

After making your destination preference, click on Export. You can also choose the checkbox for creating a Single PST file.

Click on Adv Settings to apply filters in order to convert MAB files to vCard file format.

  • vCard Version: The software allows you to export your Thunderbird contacts to three different vCard versions, supported by different email clients and devices. You can select the desired vCard version accordingly from vCard 2.1, vCard 3.0, vCard 4.0.
  • Merge vCard: This option provide the user to merge the added Contact file.

Once the settings have been made, click on the "save" button.
