SysTools MBOX Compress: Steps to Know How it Works!

First, download and launch the SysTools MBOX Compress. Once the tool opens you see interface like below mentioned image.

Once the tool opens choose radio button options like MBOX / MBX / MBS.

After this click on the Add Files / Add Folder and Search Files to add the MBOX, MBX, and MBS files.

Once the file is added you will able to see the file into the Preview Pane.

After that, choose Remove Attachments to remove the attachments and reduce the MBOX file size.

You can also choose Remove and Save Attachments in a Folder option to save the attachments in specific folder after removing.

In the next screen user can able to preview all the Folder Structure of the file that you have added.

Now, choose the Destination Location to save the new compressed MBOX file.

In the next screen choose the Include Date Filter to include the specific date range.

One can also choose the Exclude Date Filter option to exclude the specific date range while remove the attachments.

In the next screen users can set the File Size according to their choice. Simple choose Upto and More Than and select the file size.

Now, choose the File Type option if you want to Include and Exclude the specific file format.

Now, click on the Next button to start the compressing of MBOX file.

Once the process is started you can see the progress report in the screen. From here you can also stop the process.

Once the task is over a pop up messages come click on the OK button.

Now, navigate to the destination location to see the new compressed MBOX file and Attachments
